No — guest checkout is available. An account just makes tracking easier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering via the contact page and we'll do our best. Once an order is in fulfillment we can't guarantee changes.
How long does delivery take?
Most items arrive in 7–15 business days with tracking. Made-to-order items (candles, custom apparel) add 3–5 days of production time.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes — every order gets a tracking number. Follow it any time on our Track Order page.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders — check the announcement bar for the current threshold.
What's your return policy?
See our Refund Policy. In short: contact us within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Custom-printed items are made to order and only replaceable for defects or print errors.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery via the contact page and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to ship anything back for damage claims.
Are prices shown in the box?
No — packing slips never include prices, so gifts can ship straight to the recipient.
How does the Custom Print Studio work?
Upload your design on the Custom Print Studio page, choose product, color and size, and we print it to order. We review every file before printing.
