Most requests turn around in 1–3 weeks from the time we agree on details. Simple color or text customizations are faster (5–10 days). Larger bulk orders or pieces requiring new artwork may take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline before you commit.

No minimum for personal orders — we love single-piece custom work. For bulk pricing, volume breaks start at 10 pieces and improve at 25, 50, and 100+.

Yes. For straightforward customizations (color changes, text, your existing artwork), design help is included. For original design work, we charge a small fee depending on complexity — usually $25–$150, agreed before we start.

You'll need to own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or text you ask us to print. We don't print copyrighted material without proof of permission. If you're unsure, just ask — we'll help you figure it out.

For most custom orders we send a digital proof for approval before anything is printed. For bulk orders over 25 pieces, we can also produce a physical sample (at cost) for you to approve in person.

Custom orders are final sale once approved, but if something arrives different from the approved proof or is damaged in transit, we'll replace it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
